Browsing the portfolio

The portfolio has no contact form, account system, newsletter, advertising pixels or audience analytics added by TonlART. Films, posters and gallery images are served from the same website as the pages. Browsing a project does not submit an enquiry.

Cookies and browser storage

The portfolio code does not set cookies or use local storage, session storage or fingerprinting. No optional tracking service is enabled. There is therefore no optional tracking consent to accept or reject in this version.

The hosting platform may process technical information or use infrastructure cookies for security or platform access. This page does not claim that the hosting platform never sets cookies. You can inspect and manage cookies in your browser settings. Any future analytics, advertising or third-party embeds must be reviewed before activation; services requiring consent must remain off until you choose to enable them.

Hosting and technical information

The site is published through ChatGPT Sites. Delivering a web page involves technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Hosting and network providers may process this information for delivery and security. Their logging periods, processing locations and contractual safeguards need to be confirmed with the website operator; no fixed retention period or EU-only storage is asserted here.

Email and Instagram

The email link opens your email application. Nothing is sent until you send a message. A message may include your name, email address and project information you choose to share; the email provider also processes that correspondence. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

Instagram opens only when you select its link. No Instagram feed or tracking pixel is embedded in the portfolio. Instagram and your email provider operate under their own privacy terms.

Your data protection rights

Where applicable under the GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Contact the address above to raise a request. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority, including ANSPDCP in Romania.

Information about the operator

TonlART is the studio name presented on this website. The legal identity of the operator, the legal bases and retention arrangements for correspondence, and the relevant provider arrangements must be confirmed before this page can serve as the complete data protection notice for the studio’s business activities.
